Job summary

Spencer Ogden seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mission critical electrical construction projects across the United States, with Wyoming location emphasis and project-based travel. You will drive preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules and subcontractors, and report to senior leadership.

You will mentor Project Managers and field staff, build client relationships, oversee change orders and billing, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of hyperscale data center

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale construction projects and leading project teams.
• Experience delivering mission critical, data center, industrial, or complex electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• PMP certification is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of mission critical electrical construction projects.
• Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and financial performance.
• Oversee preconstruction activities including contract reviews, execution planning, and subcontractor management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage change orders, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and billing.
• Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor productivity, quality, material procurement, and project risks while implementing recovery plans where needed.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field personnel.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
