Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an EEG Technologist with 2+ years of experience in seizure studies and ambulatory EEG for adult ICU and ER settings. The role includes day shifts, 4x10 hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, rotating weekends, and on-call duties.

Open to first-time travelers; local candidates accepted with same traveler rate. Benefits include high pay, insurance options, housing allowance, and travel/licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of EEG experience in seizure studies and ambulatory EEG.
• Active Florida license required at time of consideration.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in ER and Adult ICU settings preferred (Level 1 Trauma preferred).
• EPIC experience required; references from Manager/Supervisor/Charge Nurse/Director within past year.

Responsibilities

• Perform EEG procedures including electrode placement, portable recording, long-term/video monitoring, and sleep EEG.
• Work in adult ICU and Emergency Department settings with rotating weekend and on-call duties.
• May float to meet facility needs and to sister facilities as needed.
• Utilize Meditech for charting and documentation.
