American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Night Shift EEG Technician in the hospital Neurology department. The role requires direct patient care experience in both inpatient and outpatient EEG settings and a current BLS certification.

The candidate should have Epic EMR experience and ABRET EEG certification is preferred. License requirements apply where applicable; new graduates will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year direct patient care in hospital EEG (inpatient and outpatient).
• High School Diploma required.
• Current BLS certification required (American Heart or American Red Cross).
• R. EEG T. ABRET certification preferred.
• License required if applicable.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Neurology department EEG Technician role.
• 10-hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, 40 hours/week.
• Weekend shifts as needed.
• Holiday rotation required.
• Weekend on-call rotation from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

• R. EEG T. ABRET certification preferred
• License required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required and must be noted in employment history
• New graduates will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Neurology department EEG Technician role
• 10-hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, 40 hours/week
• Weekend shifts as needed
• Holiday rotation required
• Weekend on-call rotation required from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• No floating required
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Returning permanent or per diem staff must be away for 12 months before being considered as a traveler
• RTO maximum of 7 days for 13-week contracts
