Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to use high-level abstract reasoning to assess patient needs and revise care plans.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate Windows-based programs.
• Fluent in English (read, verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per individualized plan of care.
• Document patient health data systematically and timely.
