Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents patient data accurately and timely.
• Develops and implements evidence-based care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments per orders.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Performs handoffs and maintains chart compliance.
