Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist/Cardiac Sonographer with at least 1 year of experience, skilled in pediatric and fetal echocardiograms. BLS and ARDMS/RCCS credentials are preferred. The role is day shift with independent work in a pediatric outpatient setting using Philips equipment.

Fetal echo experience is highly preferred; on-call coverage for holidays may be required. First-time travelers accepted with local opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• RDCS FE or CCI RCCS preferred; RDCS PE preferred.
• Proficiency in pediatric echocardiograms required.
• Fetal echo experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work independently.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Day shift, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
• Performs echocardiograms, fetal echocardiograms, and other diagnostic cardiac studies.
• Pediatric outpatient work setting with fetal echocardiography.
• Uses Philips equipment.
• Epic charting system preferred.
• Must work or provide on-call coverage for 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years).
• Black scrubs required.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate.
