Job summary

Solutions Driven is seeking Project Engineers to support Project Managers and Superintendents on structural concrete and deep foundation projects. You will manage day-to-day site coordination, submittals, RFIs, and safety documentation across multiple projects, with exposure to diverse project types and paths toward PM/estimating/field leadership.

Entry-level to early-career candidates—recent grads to 3–5 years of experience—are invited to apply for this travel-intensive role requiring 80–90%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of construction experience (or entry-level acceptable).
• Able to read specs and interpret blueprints.
• Heavy civil/concrete or industrial construction background preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Genuinely comfortable with 80–90% travel on a three-week rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site coordination across multiple projects.
• Handle submittals, RFIs, and safety documentation.
