This role involves directing the Nursing Department and stepping in for the Administrator when needed.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in the practicing state, have LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience, and at least two years in a DON role, along with strong communication and professional presentation.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred

• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

What Will You Do in This Role?
