Candidates should be comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments and able to adapt to short-notice travel while supporting fleet operations nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to own and maintain personal tools for the role.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy‑duty fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Document repairs and complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with fleet managers and team members.
• Travel to customer sites as required, up to 100% travel.
