Job summary

Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking an RDA to join a fast-growing, multi-specialty dental group. The role focuses on chairside assistance, patient safety, and maintaining infection control while assisting doctors with a variety of procedures in a team-oriented environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and an active RDA license (TSBDE). CPR and Nitrous monitoring certifications are preferred, with travel flexibility and software experience being helpful assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RDA license registered with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE)
• CPR certification preferred
• Certification to monitor Nitrous Oxide
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• Dental practice management software experience helpful
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Drive patient safety as a top priority during visits.
• Adhere to OSHA and Infection Control Protocols.
• Maintain and update digital patient records.
• Prepare tray setups per doctor preferences.
• Keep exam rooms clean, disinfected, and stocked.
• Educate patients and parents on oral health benefits.
• Monitor patient wellbeing throughout visits.
• Review patient charts and health history before doctor arrival.
• Take diagnostic X-Rays and attach to charts.
• Assist team in maintaining IC protocols and office cleanliness.
