Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist in Winchester, VA, for a 13-week travel assignment starting 10/12/2026. The role requires CVOR instrumentation knowledge, CABG experience, and current CPR certification. Travel position includes 40 hours/week, 10-hour day shifts, and assignments with top healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology.
• Current CPR provider card.
• Minimum eighteen months CVOR experience or completed CVOR clinical orientation.
• Knowledge of CVOR instrumentation for cardiac procedures.
• Experience with CABG and cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs treatments per protocols.
• Scrubs in as 2nd circulating and Heart Holder roles for CVOR.
• Picks supplies, sets up instruments, and counts instruments and sponges.
• Obtains specimens and handovers to circulating nurse.
• Facilitates room turnover time.
• Participates in department on-call schedule.
