Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgery.
• Strong clinical experience required; travel experience preferred.
• New travelers and new clinicians will not be considered.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• License required if applicable.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support CVOR unit for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries.
• Day shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week with 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• Uses EPIC EMR system.
• On-call rotation including one night per week and one weekend per month with 30-minute response time.
• May float to other services within Berkeley OR.
• Orientation provided; first week at Ruby then Berkeley Medical Center.
• Assist with CABG, valve repair/replacement, ECMO, and transplants.
• Assist with robotic, endoscopic, and open thoracic procedures.
• Support vascular cases including angiography, endarterectomy, and AAA repair.
