Responsibilities include preparing the OR, assisting surgeons, monitoring vitals, and documenting care. The position offers a 13-week contract, 40 hours per week, with a 10-hour shift from 06:00 to 16:30.

Qualifications

• CVORRN experience required.
• Open-heart surgery experience required.
• Minimum 2 years as RN with CVOR exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative care for CVOR patients during open-heart procedures.
• Prepare the operating room and assist surgeons with instruments and equipment.
• Monitor patient vitals and anesthesia levels throughout surgery.
• Ensure safety protocols and hospital policies are followed.
• Document patient care and operative details in medical records.
