Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CVOR RN for a 13‑week travel assignment in Springfield, IL. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a travel employment type with comprehensive benefits. Required one year of CVOR RN experience, valid Illinois RN license, and current BLS. ACLS preferred; other certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CVOR RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Willingness to meet additional certifications or licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care during CVOR procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure sterile equipment and proper positioning.
• Coordinate post-surgical care handoff to recovery.
• Uphold Universal Protocol and patient safety standards.
• Respond to intraoperative emergencies as needed.
