Qualifications

• One year of recent CVICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to changes.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per ICU nursing standards.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record promptly.
• Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring and arterial/central lines.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
