Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Conroe, TX. You will provide comprehensive critical care, manage life-support equipment, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• One year of recent ICU RN experience required.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per protocol.
• Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity environments.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in the chart.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring including arterial lines.
• Communicate changes to the medical team promptly.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Maintain infection control and participate in quality initiatives.
