Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing in Houston, TX is seeking a Travel ICU RN for a 6-week assignment at a facility in Houston. You will provide comprehensive critical care, monitor ICU patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care standards.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU settings.
• Document assessments and interventions promptly for continuity of care.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and interpret results.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
