Job summary

Flexforce is seeking dependable Travel Culinary Project Managers to oversee culinary projects from start to finish, ensuring operations run smoothly and projects are completed on time. This role requires willingness to travel to out-of-state work sites and join our client’s reservist team.

You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate with team members, and work assignments that may include 12-hour shifts and a seven-day workweek during deployments.

Qualifications

• Previous project management, culinary, food service, or related experience is preferred.
• Must be able to manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate with team members.
• Must be able to work 7 days per week during assignments.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts each day.

We are seeking dependable and experienced Travel Culinary Project Managers to oversee culinary projects from start to finish, ensuring operations run smoothly and projects are completed on time. This opportunity is intended for candidates interested in joining our client’s reservist team and being available for travel to out-of-state work sites as needed.

Experience Requirements

• Previous project management, culinary, food service, or related experience is preferred
• Must be able to manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate with team members
• Must be able to work 7 days per week during assignments
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts each day

Education Requirements

Credentialing Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to support and oversee day-to-day culinary operations at assigned work sites
• Must be available to work on-site at assigned work locations
• Must have reliable transportation

Travel Requirements

• Must be willing and able to travel to out-of-state work sites

Typical assignment schedule is approximately 30 days on / 14 days off

Compensation & Benefits

• $25 per hour
• Eligible for overtime
