Qualifications

• 18 months CT tech experience in a healthcare setting.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification required.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Position CT scans and operate CT equipment with appropriate immobilization and safety procedures.
• Set controls, monitor equipment, and ensure patient safety during imaging procedures.
• Assist radiologist with imaging, injections, and contrast administration as applicable.
• Schedule procedures and assist with clerical tasks related to CT imaging.
• Maintain image quality, label studies, and ensure accurate patient records.
