Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves operating CT equipment, preparing patients, and ensuring high-quality images for Radiologists. You will work nights, 40 hours per week, in a fast-paced travel setting.

The ideal candidate has 1 year CT experience, valid radiology license, and BLS certification; ARRT certification is preferred. Benefits include competitive pay and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to read/write in English and communicate effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills for patient care.
• Proficiency in basic PC skills and following imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images.
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring safety and image quality.
• Set technical parameters to optimize anatomy and pathology visualization.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Maintain CT equipment and document procedures in the system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
