Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsburgh, PA. The role requires one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients accordingly.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Document imaging details accurately in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
