Job summary

TotalMed Allied in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a travel CT Technologist to perform diagnostic computed tomography imaging and patient care in a fast-paced travel assignment. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, ARRT (CT) certification, BLS, and state licensing where applicable.

You will operate CT equipment, position patients, manage contrast, and ensure high-quality images for interpretation, while maintaining records and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of CT experience.
• Must have BLS, ARRT (CT) Certification, and state-specific licensing where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and explain imaging procedures to patients.
• Position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility of anatomy.
• Review requests and ensure accurate imaging quality for physician interpretation.
• Maintain patient records and follow radiation safety procedures.
• Familiar with McKesson PACS system.
