Job summary

Medasource is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role requires performing diagnostic CT exams, ensuring high-quality imaging, and providing compassionate patient care in a fast-paced setting.

You will work 36 hours per week with night shifts, use RIS/PACS systems, and collaborate with radiologists. Indiana radiologic technologist license and ARRT CT certification are mandatory, with Siemens experience preferred. Travel stipends may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Indiana Radiologic Technologist license required.
• ARRT (R)(CT) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of radiology experience.
• Siemens imaging experience preferred.
• Cerner EMR familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT scans accurately and efficiently according to physician orders.
• Operate specialized CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality imaging.
• Utilize RIS and PACS systems effectively.
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patients during exams for safety and comfort.
• Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to support diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Ensure proper functionality and maintenance of imaging equipment.
