MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role requires 18 months of CT experience and ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, with licensure in most states.

Qualifications

• 18 months of CT Tech experience in a healthcare setting.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification is required.
• Licensure is required in most states.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Position patients for CT scans and ensure immobilization and safety.
• Set controls and monitor CT equipment and patient during procedures.
• Assist radiologist with imaging, IVs, and contrast administration if applicable.
• Administer oral contrast and document procedures.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures when needed.
• Evaluate CT images for quality and label properly for records.
• Schedule patients and perform some clerical tasks as needed.
• Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
• Operate power injectors for contrast media administration.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment and adhere to safety initiatives.
