Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for night shifts in Inglewood, CA. The role focuses on providing quality imaging and supporting Radiologists. Candidates must possess a valid ARRT certification and California state permits. Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Candidates must have ARRT(R) certification, CA State Fluoroscopy Permit, and CRT.
• CA State Venipuncture permit is required.
• BLS certification issued by AHA must be maintained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality images in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Support the Radiologist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.

Skills

Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment

Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology

Proficient computer skills

Anatomy knowledge

Proficient with computers

BLS (AHA)

Education

Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT

Travel CT Technologist Nights

Assignment Length - 8 weeks; Nights

Los Angeles, CA

Our client is a 370 bed hospital and is part of one of the largest and most successful hospitals in the United States, with over 30 hospitals in over 10 states.

Job Summary

The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images. The CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Required Qualification

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
• Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• CT ARRT Certification is preferred.
• CRT Permit from the State
• Must maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire
• Proficient computer skills

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience.
• Candidates must have ARRT(R) certification, CA State Fluoroscopy Permit, and CRT.
