Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a Hartford, CT assignment. The role focuses on performing CT imaging, patient safety, and education on scanning procedures within a 40-hour week, night shifts, on-site at a partner hospital.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT credentials, an active radiologic license, BLS, and 1–2 years CT experience. This contract offers a competitive weekly pay and a 15-week duration with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT protocols.

Responsibilities

• Use CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and radiation protection.
• Evaluate CT scans for image quality.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology

ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) preferred

Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)

BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred

1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred
