Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Springfield, Massachusetts. The role offers 40 hours per week with 10-hour night shifts on a 13-week contract at a partnering hospital.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT radiography and CT certifications, active state licensure, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years CT experience. Compensation ranges weekly with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
