Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Camden, NJ. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, ARRT (CT) certification, BLS, and state licensing as needed. Shift is 12 hours (nights), 36 hours per week, with travel compensation and a tax-free stipend potential.

Responsibilities include imaging, patient positioning, contrast administration, image evaluation, and PACS workflow. This travel opportunity offers weekly pay and benefits through TotalMed Allied.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CT experience required.
• BLS certification and ARRT (CT) registration and state licensing as applicable.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and to lift/position patients.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and review imaging requests, explaining procedures and providing reassurance as needed.
• Position patients to scan targeted areas and operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility of organs and tissues.
• Evaluate CT images for technical quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to radiation safety procedures and maintain precise patient records.
• Familiarity with McKesson PACS system and related workflows.
