Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Springfield, Missouri. This evening-shift position requires ARRT registration in Radiography and CT, plus 1+ year of hospital CT experience.

You will work 40 hours per week in a Level 1 trauma and burn center setting with GE CT scanners, Epic/Visage/Vitrea/Mediicalis systems, and power injectors. Travel, lodging stipends, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration in Radiography and CT required
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience in a hospital setting
• Proficiency with CT scanners, power injectors, PACS, HIS/RIS, and QC workstations
• Able to lift/move patients and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic CT scans independently at a technical level and transports patients as needed
• Performs post-processing on Vitrea and QC workstations
• Follows universal precautions and uses PPE
• Works evening shift and is available throughout the assignment
• Locates and reports on acute care imaging in Level 1/2 centers
