Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an overnight CT Technologist for a 250-bed hospital CT department. The role requires ARRT (R)(CT) credential and BLS, with preference for 2+ years of hospital experience and cardiac experience. You may float to X-Ray as needed during a 13-week contract.

The CT team handles 80-100 scans daily using Toshiba, Siemens, and GE scanners, with Meditech EMR in use. Local candidates within 50 miles are not considered.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R)(CT) credential required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience preferred.
• Cardiac experience preferred.
• Over 1 year of hospital experience preferred.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• 250-bed hospital CT department with a team of CT Techs.
• 80-100 patients scanned per 24 hours.
• Equipment includes Toshiba, Siemens, and GE CT scanners.
• Meditech EMR used.
• Overnight shift, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• 13-week contract assignment.
• May float to X-Ray as needed.
• Perform CT Head, Spine, Chest, Angio Head and Neck, and CTA Chest procedures.
• Candidates should be positive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dress code includes olive-colored scrub shirt and black pants.
• Does not accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
