Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 6-week assignment in Huntley, Illinois. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

The position offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior travel radiology experience and ARRT certification are preferred, with state radiology licensure and BLS required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and position them for optimal imaging.
• Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
