Travel CT Technologist – CT Scan

Location

Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Assignment Overview

• Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours (overnight weekends)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 06/08/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Openings: 1

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in the Emergency Department and main hospital areas.
• Assist with morning chest X‑rays in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Operate GE CT scanners and use Sectra PACS and Epic EMR systems.
• Work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced department that operates 24‑7.
• Complete all assignments on a straight weekend schedule with no floating to other units or departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a CT Technologist.
• Hands‑on experience with GE scanners.
• Active ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT (CT) preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active state medical license (if required).
• Two current professional references (one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor reference from the same specialty within the last 3 years).

Additional Information

• Training/orientation approximately 1‑2 weeks.
• Full‑time badge in/out required.
• Candidates must have a permanent address within 80 miles of the facility.
• Candidates previously employed at any Sanford Health location must have an end date at least 6 months prior.
• Dark gray scrubs required.
