Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a hospital imaging department requiring 2+ years of recent CT/X-ray experience and the ability to independently manage ED, inpatient, and outpatient workflows.

Details

• Hospital-based CT Scan and diagnostic X-ray department
• 2 CT units utilizing GE Lightspeed and GE RevEvo equipment
• Uses Epic EMR
• Patient population includes ED, inpatient, and limited outpatient cases
• 3x12 night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active ARRT certification required (license required if applicable)
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based CT/X-ray experience required
• Must be able to independently cover both CT and diagnostic X-ray with minimal orientation
• Comfortable performing trauma, portable imaging, IV starts, and contrast-enhanced CT exams
• Able to safely manage ED, inpatient, and outpatient imaging workflow

• Orientation includes CBT modules on day one, Epic training on day two, and department orientation for the remainder of the week
