American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a night-shift position in Orange Park, Florida. The role requires ARRT CT certification, BLS, Florida license (if applicable), and 1+ year CT experience with GE equipment.

You will work in a free-standing ED imaging department with 3 scanners, supporting stroke and trauma imaging. The assignment is 12 weeks long, 36 hours per week (3x12s), with a night schedule and potential float to the main imaging department.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Florida license is required if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year CT experience required.
• Experience with GE equipment required.
• Trauma and stroke imaging experience is required.
• Terra Recon or reformat experience on another platform is preferred.
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration.
• Two professional references required for Florida candidates.
• No employment gaps of 90+ days in the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans on CT scanners in a free-standing ED imaging unit.
• Assist with turnaround times for stroke and trauma cases.
• Work in a 4x10s night shift schedule with limited on-call duties.
• May float to the main imaging department as needed.

• 2 techs staffed on overnight shifts
• Equipment includes 2 GE and 1 Siemens CT scanners
• Documentation systems include Meditech and GE Centricity
• Shift schedule is 4x10s, Mon-Thu 9:00 PM-7:30 AM, with no weekends
• May float to the main imaging department
• Supports ER department with turnaround times for stroke and trauma cases
• Standard CT scans only, no invasive CT procedures required on this shift
• Minimal, voluntary call required
