MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You will operate CT equipment, position patients, and assist radiologists with imaging procedures during 10-hour night shifts. This travel role includes credentialing support, housing options, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has 18 months of CT tech experience, ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
• Licensure required in most states.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
• Set controls of CT equipment and monitor patient and equipment; make adjustments as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, starting IVs and administering contrast when applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images properly.
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical tasks.
