MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a Springfield, Tennessee assignment. The role requires ARRT or ASRT CT certification, 18 months of CT experience, and licensure per state requirements.

Position involves 8-hour evening shifts, 40 hours per week, and a 13-week duration. Travel benefits include weekly pay, housing options or allowance, health insurance for family, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of CT Tech experience in a healthcare setting.
• ARRT CT or ASRT certification is required.
• Most states require licensure to practice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment.
• Set equipment controls and monitor operation and patient safety.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, IVs, and contrast administration when applicable.
• Deliver oral contrast to patients when needed for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures as required.
• Evaluate CT image quality and properly label and file studies.
• Schedule patients and assist with related clerical tasks.
• Record charges for procedures and supplies to the patient record.
• Operate power injections for contrast media when indicated.
• Provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Foster a safe, patient-focused environment with timely, compassionate care.
