Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a York, Pennsylvania assignment. The position is a 13-week travel contract requiring 40 hours per week with 10-hour night shifts.

ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification is required, with licensure per state guidelines. Eligible candidates should have at least 18 months of CT experience in a healthcare setting and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• 18 months CT experience in a healthcare setting.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification required; licensure may be required by state.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans with immobilization and protective equipment.
• Set CT equipment controls and monitor patient and equipment.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and contrast administration.
• Dispense oral contrast when needed and assist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT images for quality and label appropriately.
• Schedule patients and assist with clerical tasks; bill procedures to patient records.
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media.
