Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Scranton, Pennsylvania. 40 hours per week, 10-hour nights, travel employment with benefits and potential extension.

Position requires ARRT radiography certification (CT preferred), AS or BA in Radiologic Technology, state license if applicable, and BLS; ACLS preferred. 1–2 years radiologic technologist experience and CT imaging knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
