ARMStaffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The role requires CT imaging, contrast administration, and adherence to safety protocols in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include performing CT procedures, adjusting protocols, documenting exams, and collaborating with the care team. ARRT CNMT certification and PA licensure are required, with CT registry within 18 months and at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• CT registry must be obtained within 18 months of hiring if not already acquired.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• ARRT Certificate and Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Compliance with state licensure requirements (PA).

Responsibilities

• Independently performs CT procedures using established protocols and contrast administration.
• Adjust protocols to optimize imaging while ensuring patient safety.
• Administer contrast per physician orders and policies, assess risks.
• Operate imaging equipment to acquire and document image data.
• Communicate clearly with patients and obtain cooperation.
• Verify patient identity and follow universal protocol during procedures.
• Document history and exam details in electronic records and ensure proper coding.
• Collaborate with colleagues to expedite patient care.
