Job summary

Medasource is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Chicago, Illinois. The role requires ARRT RD and CT certifications, a radiologic technology degree, and BLS through the American Heart Association. Expect 40 hours per week, dayshift, four 10-hour shifts with on-call.

Travel position with benefits and a comprehensive pay package. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years radiology/CT experience and be able to float between X-ray and CT departments, with a start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Must have ARRT certification in RD and CT.
• Associate degree in radiologic technology required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and physician orders; ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications as appropriate.
• Position patient and perform CT imaging; monitor and report changes in patient status.
