Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Canton, Ohio. This 13-week contract offers 40 hours per week, with PM shifts available, and the opportunity to work with a partnering hospital to perform diagnostic CT imaging.

Requirements include ARRT certification in Radiography, CT certification preferred, an active radiologic license, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years of radiology experience with CT imaging.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine good technical quality.
