The position requires ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, 18 months of healthcare CT experience, and licensure as required by state law. Expect 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and a contract duration of 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of CT Tech experience in a healthcare setting.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT CT certification required.
• Most states require licensure for CT technologists.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans and ensure correct immobilization.
• Set controls and monitor equipment for quality imaging.
• Assist radiologists with injections of contrast when applicable.
• Schedule procedures and handle related clerical tasks.
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of CT images.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused work environment.
