Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT scanners in the Orange Park, Florida area. The role emphasizes trauma and stroke imaging with ARRT CT certification and Florida licensure, and requires about one year of CT experience.

Candidate will deliver patient-centered care under AIDET guidelines, participate in cross-department collaboration, and may float to the main department as needed to support patient flow and timely imaging.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required.
• FL license required.
• 1 year of CT experience preferred.
• Trauma and stroke experience required.
• Terra Recon or equivalent reformating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard CT scans as assigned.
• Support ER with trauma and stroke patients.
• Demonstrate AIDET and patient-centered care in all interactions.
• Follow unit guidelines and policies, including floating to main department when needed.

• Number of Beds: 3 CT Scanner
• Patient Ratios :
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 2 techs on overnight
• Type of equipment: 2 Client and Siemens
• Documentation system: Meditech and Client Centricity
• Scheduling requirements: Review Job title
• Floating policy: May float to main dept.
• Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, Friendly and patient focused. Supports ER department with Turn Around Times, Stroke and Trauma in a timely and efficient manner

Hospital Specifics-

• Certifications: ARRT CT, BLS

Advanced skills needed:

Terra Recon or reformat experience on another platform

Procedures performed on unit:

Standard CT scans no invasive CT procedure experience needed on this shift
