Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Provide therapy services under occupational therapist supervision to support patient recovery and functional improvement. Focus on rehabilitation within a skilled nursing environment, adhering to care standards and facility policies.
Valid certification as a COTA; licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state. Experience in SNF settings is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Deliver therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, document care, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure compliance with standards of care.
