Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include guiding patients through rehabilitative activities and exercises per treatment plans, assessing learning needs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to reach patient goals. State licensure or in-process licensure and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Accredited Associate’s degree or certification.
