Job summary

PAM Transport Inc. in Tontitown, Arkansas, is seeking a Travel Coordinator to handle driver travel logistics, including bookings for rental cars and hotels, and related coordination with operations.

You'll work with Driver Managers, Driver Recruiters and accounting to track costs, report travel expenses, and ensure efficient, cost-effective travel for our drivers. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm; pay is $18–$20/hour, with 401K, PTO, and voluntary benefits.

About this opportunity

The Travel Coordinator role is an opportunity to gain valuable operational experience. Day to day, you will work closely with Driver Managers, Driver Recruiters, Operations Managers, Accounting, etc. As a Travel Coordinator you will be responsible for all driver travel including booking rental cars and hotels.

Pay and Schedule

This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range is $18- $20/hour dependent on experience.
