Job summary

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking an energetic Recruitment professional to join our team in Texas. You will recruit top driver talent, manage daily recruitment activities, and move candidates through onboarding to support our growing fleet.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, knowledge of the trucking industry, and experience in driver recruitment. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive pay range with incentives, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality.
• Knowledge of motor carrier transportation industry.
• Experience with driver recruitment and marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top driver talent to the fleet.
• Conduct recruiting activities daily to source new driver talent.
• Recruit 2 hires (drivers and/or trucks) a week on average per quarter.
• Field inbound phone inquiries from perspective recruits generated from various media sources.
• Enter accurate recruitment activity in the 10st data base.
• Phone screen candidates after an employment application is completed.
• Move the application through the onboarding process.
• Schedule applicants for pre-employment drug screens, physicals and onboarding.
• Coordinate with approved applicants on the onboarding process.
• Assist and coordinate onboarding details with departments and the applicant as needed.
• Follow all safety department specified documentation processes and procedures to ensure DOT compliance.
• Route concerns or questions from current drivers to the appropriate department
• Handle recruitment oriented special projects as assigned by the department leader.

• This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• The pay range is $40,000 - $100,000 dependent on experience plus an incentive program.
