Job summary

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking a proactive team member for our off-shift Operations team in the Fort Wayne area. You will collaborate with Planners, Account Managers, and Operations Managers to support daily workflows and fleet optimization.

The role focuses on maintaining driver communications, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring timely service delivery while promoting safety and efficiency. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience, with a 4x3 Wed-Sat, 6pm-6am shift

About this opportunity

We are growing and currently looking to add members to our off shift team! This role is an opportunity to gain valuable operational experience. Day to day, you will work closely with Planners, Account Managers, Operations Managers, etc.. within Operations and will play a key role in the operational growth of PAM.

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 dependent on experience. We are looking to fill the following shift: 4x3 Wednesday-Saturday, 6pm-6am with an alternating Wednesday
