OBR Management is hiring Cooling Tower Cleaning Technicians to join our teams across the Great Lakes region in Lexington, KY. You will perform tower cleaning and maintenance on package and field-erected systems, under foremen and superintendents, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

The role requires willingness to travel, rigorous safety practices, and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions. OSHA-10 is preferred, with strong focus on quality, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Negative 10 panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test required.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship and a valid Driver's License.
• Satisfactory background check.
• DISA background screen: score 2 or less.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate power washers safely with correct spray heads.
• Follow supervisor instructions to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Read MSDS and practice proper chemical handling techniques.
• Work at heights with 100% tie-off above 4 feet.
• Complete THA cards and safety documentation on schedule.
