Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers, LLC is hiring Cooling Tower Cleaning Technicians to join our Las Vegas team. You’ll maintain and clean both package and field-erected cooling tower equipment, under Foremen and Superintendents, ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work outdoors, and adherence to safety protocols. Occasional travel is expected; OSHA 10 certification is preferred, and a valid U.S. driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification preferred as a safety baseline.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of U.S. citizenship are required.
• Satisfactory background check and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate power washers safely with proper spray head selection.
• Follow supervisor instructions to ensure safe, efficient project completion.
• Maintain high safety, efficiency, and quality standards throughout work.
• Complete THA cards and safety documentation accurately and on schedule.
• Read and apply MSDS information; handle chemicals properly.
• Work at heights with 100% tie-off above 4 feet.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervision.
